Planning a party at The Wreck’n Ball? We want your celebration to be fun, easy and stress-free. Here are answers to some of the questions we receive most often.
Is The Wreck’n Ball open for drop-ins?
No. The Wreck’n Ball is exclusively a private-party venue. We do not offer public drop-in admission or open-play hours.We limit the venue to a maximum of three parties at any one time, creating a more comfortable party experience without the crowds you typically find at public drop-in facilities.
What ages is The Wreck’n Ball designed for?
The Wreck’n Ball is designed primarily for children ages 1–14, but we've created the venue so there's something fun for everyone: including adults!Little ones can enjoy our dedicated toddler area, while older kids can take on the rock climbing wall, challenge themselves in the Lasermaze and compete for tickets in our redemption arcade.And parents don't have to just sit on the sidelines adults are welcome to get in on the fun too!
What activities does The Wreck’n Ball offer?

4-Lane Rock Climbing Wall:
Challenge yourself on our four-lane rock climbing wall! Race your friends, test your climbing skills and see who can make it to the top.
One-of-a-Kind Lasermaze:
Duck, crawl and weave your way through a maze of laser beams while trying to beat the challenge. It's one of our most unique attractions and a favourite with both kids and adults.
Redemption Arcade Games
Play our collection of arcade and redemption games, earn tickets as you play and then head over to our Redemption Counter to choose from a huge selection of prizes.
Toddler Room:
We haven't forgotten about our littlest guests! Our dedicated toddler room gives younger children their own space to explore and have fun.
With activities for toddlers, kids, teens and even grown-ups, there really is something for everyone at The Wreck’n Ball.
How long is a party?
All standard parties are 2.5 hours.
Because our parties are scheduled back-to-back, all guests must leave the venue at the end of their scheduled party time. Children cannot remain in the gaming or activity areas to continue playing once their party has ended.
Hosts have approximately 10 minutes after their party ends to completely clear their party room and exit the venue so our team can prepare for the next celebration.
How early can I arrive to set up?
Party hosts may arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before their scheduled party time.
Please do not arrive earlier. Because we operate back-to-back parties, your room may still be occupied or our staff may be cleaning and preparing it for you. Our staff are happy to assist with bringing party supplies from your vehicle to your room and can also help with setup where possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No! We do not require a DEPOSITE to book your party.
Your full party balance is due upon arrival on the day of your event. The party host should report to the front counter when they arrive to complete payment and receive their party's arcade tokens.
Can we bring our own food?
Absolutely. Party hosts provide their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, which means you're free to serve the food that works best for your celebration.
Hosts are responsible for being aware of and managing any food allergies or dietary requirements among their guests.
All food and beverages must remain inside your designated party room. Absolutely no food or drinks are permitted in the gaming or activity areas.
Is alcohol permitted?
No. The Wreck’n Ball is a family entertainment facility and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
What is included in our party room?
Each party room is designed to make hosting your celebration as convenient and comfortable as possible.
Your room includes:
- 3 picnic tables
- 3 folding tables
- Kitchenette with sink
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Microwave oven
- Lounge area with two couches
- Coat hooks
- High chairs available
Our picnic tables don't require tablecloths unless you'd like to use them. Tablecloths can also be used on the folding tables.
What party supplies do I need to bring?
Hosts are responsible for bringing their own plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, tablecloths (if desired), serving supplies and other disposable party items.
Forgot something? Don't worry. We keep knives and some basic serving utensils available and will be happy to help where we can.
Can we decorate our party room?
Absolutely! You're welcome to personalize your party room and bring decorations that fit your celebration.
Hosts are responsible for bringing and setting up their decorations during the permitted setup time.
Confetti and popcorn are not permitted anywhere in the venue.
Piñatas are welcome. Please speak with our staff when you arrive so we can assist with the appropriate location and setup.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes. All children must wear socks. Bare feet are not permitted. We strongly recommend reminding your guests before the party so everyone arrives prepared.
Adults may wear their shoes inside the venue; however, we ask that shoes be clean and thoroughly dried when entering, particularly during rain or winter weather.
Are parents required to supervise their children?
Yes. The Wreck’n Ball is an unsupervised play facility.
Our staff work hard to maintain a clean and safe environment and are always available to assist, but parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the party. We encourage party hosts to make sure there are enough responsible adults present to comfortably supervise their group.
How many guests can attend?
For our Shared Party Package, you may have up to 25 children, plus accompanying adults. Adults are not included in the 25-child limit.
We don't charge an additional per-child admission fee. However, your package includes a set number of complimentary arcade tokens, so the more children attending, the faster those tokens may be used. For our Full Venue Package, you may have up to 100 total guests, including both children and adults.
Booking the Full Venue gives your group exclusive use of The Wreck’n Ball for your scheduled party time perfect for larger birthday celebrations, family events and groups that want the entire venue to themselves.
Can we purchase additional arcade tokens?
Absolutely! Additional arcade tokens are available at the front counter:
$5 — 6 tokens
$10 — 14 tokens
$20 — 30 tokens
$100 — 160 tokens
Additional tokens can be purchased at any time during your party.
How do the arcade games and prizes work?
Many of our arcade games are redemption games, which means kids earn tickets while they play.
Tickets can then be redeemed at our Redemption Counter, where kids can choose from a large selection of prizes. Your party package includes complimentary arcade tokens, and additional tokens can be purchased at the front counter if your guests want to keep playing.
EACH GAME ONLY REQUIRES 1 TOKEN PER PLAY
Can we extend our party?
Party extensions are available only for the first morning party and the final party time slot of the day, subject to availability.
For the Shared Party Package, each additional 30 minutes is $100.
For the Full Venue Package, each additional 30 minutes is $200.
Extensions must be arranged with us and cannot be assumed on the day of your party. For all other time slots, extensions aren't available because another celebration is scheduled immediately afterward.
Can guests stay and play after our party ends?
Unfortunately, no.
Because The Wreck’n Ball operates exclusively for scheduled private parties and we have back-to-back bookings, all guests must leave the venue when their 2.5-hour party concludes.
Party hosts have approximately 10 minutes to completely clear their room and exit the venue. This allows our team to clean, sanitize and prepare the space for the next celebration.
How clean is the venue?
Cleanliness is extremely important to us. The Wreck’n Ball is cleaned and sanitized daily, as well as before, during and after parties.
Our team continuously attends to the venue throughout operating hours so families can enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. We ask our guests to help us by keeping all food and beverages inside their party rooms and respecting our no-confetti and no-popcorn policies.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Plenty of complimentary parking is available.

Important: We're located at the BACK of the building. GPS and Google Maps may direct you to the front of the property. Simply drive around the building to the rear parking area, where you'll find The Wreck’n Ball entrance.
We recommend sharing this information with your guests before the party.
What should I tell my guests before they arrive?
A few quick reminders will make everyone's arrival easier:
- All children must bring socks.
- Our entrance is at the back of 90 Trowers Road.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
- Food and beverages must remain inside the party room.
- Guests should arrive within the scheduled party time.
- All guests must leave when the scheduled party concludes.
Sharing these details beforehand means less time figuring things out and more time having fun!
Why does The Wreck’n Ball operate by private parties only?
We believe birthday parties are better when they actually feel like your celebration.
Rather than operating as a busy public drop-in facility, The Wreck’n Ball is dedicated exclusively to private-party bookings. We limit the venue to a maximum of three parties at any one time, helping us provide families with a more comfortable environment while still giving kids plenty of room to explore, play and celebrate.
Whether they're climbing our 4-lane rock climbing wall, navigating the Lasermaze, collecting arcade tickets, choosing prizes or exploring the toddler area, there's something for practically every member of the family.
No public drop-ins. No overcrowded open-play sessions. Just great parties, great memories and a whole lot of fun.
